    They were really great! It’s always an anxious experience when I am dealing with a PET scan but the staff was amazing. They even got my appointment moved up as soon as insurance came through with the approval! They all were very personable and had a great sense of humor, which helps during the scary moments. I appreciate you all!
    Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Mark was the one who helped me. Mark was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, even giving me warm blankets so I would not be cold. He was also very kind and thoughtful with my daughter. I felt I was in good hands. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in every way, too. The facility was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Having a PET scan can be a scary experience and I have to say, Mark and all the staff at the PET Imaging Institute really made this experience the best I could have ever hoped for. Highly recommend!
    From check in to the PET scan, everything was wonderful. It can be a bit daunting and Marco made it so easy and comfortable. Warm blankets and all! Many of those in the medical profession don’t have a great bedside manner and forget they’re dealing with a human being. Everyone in the office truly cared and it showed. Hopefully I won’t need another scan, but if I do, I’d go back in a heartbeat!
    The staff was amazing. I was very nervous and they all went out of their way to make me comfortable, especially Marco! He showed me the PET/CT scan explained each step and provided constant reassurance along the way. Unfortunately, I'll have continuous follow-up PET/CT scans in the years to come. However, knowing how great the staff is here makes accepting that a lot easier. I whole heartedly recommend PET imaging of South Florida Fort Lauderdale Location. The other locations may be great as well but thus far I've only experienced the staff at this location.
